Joseph M. Keleher has over 30 years of experience in meeting the planning needs of closely held businesses, their owners, and other high net worth individuals.  For three years, he has taught and moderated Business Insurance and held various tax planning* seminars for industry and client groups, in addition to Society of Financial Service Professionals CE programs.  He is a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter (both professional designations of The American College), a registered representative of AXA Advisors, and a member of The Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.  Mr. Keleher served on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and is a Past President of that organization.  He has co-authored an article entitled, "Using Trusts in Buy-Sell Agreements and Selected Current Developments."  Mr. Keleher has also moderated CE courses for various professional organizations.
